What is covered

  • Service-related issues on our side that remain unresolved by our technical team.
  • A refund request raised within 7 days of the original order date.
  • Refund of the hosting / service fee paid for that order.

What is not refundable

  • Setup / installation charges paid at the time of the order.
  • Payment-gateway / transaction charges deducted by the payment provider.
  • Third-party services & licenses — control panel (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin), operating system, database, SSL certificates, IP add-ons and similar licenses purchased on your behalf.
  • Domain registration or renewal fees, as domains are registered instantly and cannot be reversed.
  • Custom-built dedicated servers or special hardware configurations ordered to your specification.
  • Any service beyond 7 days from the order date.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse or for violating our Terms of Service / Acceptable Use Policy.

Eligibility & conditions

  • The refund applies only when the problem is service-related and our team is unable to provide a working solution.
  • The 7-day window is calculated from the date of the original order and payment.
  • The guarantee can be claimed once per client for the same service.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or gateway may need additional time to reflect it.
  • We may request details so our engineers can reproduce and verify the issue before a refund is approved.

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket or contact our team with your invoice / order ID and a short description of the issue. Please give our engineers a fair opportunity to resolve the problem first — most issues are fixed quickly. If we are unable to resolve it within the 7-day window, your eligible amount will be refunded, typically within 7–10 business days of approval.
