  2. Trial Offers: Certain services may come with a trial offer. If a client is not satisfied with the service during the trial period, they may request a refund of the amount paid. However, this applies only to services explicitly designated as having a trial offer.

Credit Balance Usage

Clients with a credit balance in their wallet on our platform are encouraged to utilize it by availing themselves of our services. The credit balance can be applied towards future purchases or renewals of services offered by MegaHostZone.

Exceptions

  • No refunds will be issued for transaction charges deducted by the payment gateway.
